We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to monitor your package’s progress.
What if my package is delayed?
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs for defective items.
