Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our outdoor gear as firmly as you stand on your hiking boots. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will have you sorted faster than pitching a pop-up tent.

Our Returns Promise

  • We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sleeping bags and sleeping bag liners
  • Cutlery & tableware that has been unpackaged
  • Bivy bags that have been used
  • Any personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return authorization
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Belfast headquarters (return shipping at your expense)
  5. Receive Refund: We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify:

  • The item you’d like instead
  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • International returns may have customs deductions

Refund times vary by payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
