Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. If unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sleeping bags and sleeping bag liners
• Cutlery & tableware that has been unpackaged
• Bivy bags that have been used
• Personalized or custom-made items

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our approval (response within 24 hours)
3. Repack items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our Belfast headquarters (return shipping at your expense)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
• International returns may have customs deductions
• Refund times vary by payment method (5-10 days for cards, 3-5 days for PayPal)

6. Warranties and Liability

Camp & Cook’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:
